Filming Europe Location Award

The Vienna Film Commission is pleased to announce the nomination of the City of Vienna as one of the eleven most famous film and TV locations of the last 10 years. The founder of the Filming Europe Location Award is the European Film Commission Network and Cineuropa. The prize will be awarded for the first time in Brussels in the European Parliament in November. The Vienna Film Commission had applied for the award with the feature films "Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation", "Woman in Gold" and "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil".
All European citizens can vote online for the most popular European film location: http://cineuropa.org/fela.aspx?t=index&l=en. A short trip to the award-winning location will be raffled among all the participants.
The European Film Commission Network (EUFCN) was founded 10 years ago to promote Europe's film and TV locations internationally. 90 film commissions from 30 European countries are members of the EUFCN.
